• The hackathon is open to all students and developers
• Participants must register on Devpost to submit their project
• Projects must be original and developed during the hackathon
• Use of open-source libraries and APIs is allowed
• Submissions must include a demo video and project details
• Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification
